This review is from: Management of Construction Projects: A Constructor's Perspective (Paperback)
Good reference book for young construction professionals. There are plenty of examples of documents in the book that help people who have not been actively working in the industry. Although each company has their own forms and ways of doing things, this book highlights a generic idea of how things are done. The authors actively work in the industry and know what they are talking about.
